Pre-Occupancy Walk Through
A few weeks before your completion date, a Homeowner Care team member will contact you to schedule a walk through. As part of this process, you’ll have the chance to visit your new home in person, where we will personally walk you through the space, highlight key details, and answer any questions. During this pre-move-in visit, you’ll learn about your home's, appliances, utilities, and warranties. We will ensure you understand how everything works and address any concerns, making sure you're fully prepared for your new home.
Move In Day
When your home is ready, a Woodhill team me Homeowner Care team member will officially welcome you with your set of keys. On the big day, we’ll meet you at your new home, answer any lingering questions from your orientation, and review important details like setting up cable, garbage collection schedules, and key community information. After that, we’ll leave you to enjoy the best part—settling in and celebrating your new home!
New Home Warranties
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your home is covered by the comprehensive 2-5-10 new home warranty. This warranty includes:
- 2 Years for labour and materials
- 5 Years for the building envelope, including protection against water penetration.
- 10 Years for structural coverage

Home Owner Support
At Woodhill Development, we know that adjusting to a new home takes time, so our Homeowner Care team is here to support you. During the first 30 days, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns via phone or email.
Our convenient Homeowner Portal offers detailed information about your new home, including the owner’s manual, appliance specs, and strata living details, as well as a quick way to submit service requests.

For emergencies, Woodhill Development homeowners have access to a 24-hour Customer Service support line, ensuring peace of mind around the clock. You can reach our support line by calling 604-591-0379,
If you experience a loss of power, please contact BC Hydro at 1-800-224-9376
If you smell gas, please leave your home and call Fortis BC at 1-800-663-9911
For water leaks, please turn off the main water shut off in your home at contact Woodhill Development at 604-591-0379.
