Let me start by saying I usually never do this, write a strong recommendation on someone but this time I thought it deserved it and all of you needed to know in case it would help you.

I came across a small New Townhouse development in South Surrey with a total of 12 units as part of my search for my clients. Prior to looking at them I called the developer and got as much info as possible. Looking through the materials I thought it was worth while to give them a call and I ended up speaking with Tony who is a realtor for the project but is also part owner of the company. The conversation went well where we decided to meet up for coffee and have a meet of face to face. When we met we discussed the project, and he went on to say how much these units will have for finishings, how great there are going to be, they will be first class, from high end finishings and appliances and guaranteeing me that there will nothing that will need to be added as a upgrade. My first reaction was a smirk because I heard this BS line many times.

I now said to Tony that I have been around the block a few times in my life and have personally purchased prebuilds before on a couple occasions and I bluntly said to him “ do you know how many times I heard that BS “ this will be high end etcetera, etcetera. And every time I and my clients have been totally disappointed to say the least and basically lied to on promises being made.

But for some reason this guy felt different to me as well as my client felt the same way after meeting him and so he decided to put an offer on one of his units. This got me thinking and I and I along with my wife decided that we to do the same because we like the location and being a small complex, we took the risk. Well, here is now why I decided that this needed.

Last weekend on June the 9th they finally had their display unit completed so he invited myself with my family and my clients to come and see it for ourselves. For the first time both myself and my client were dumfounded with the shock of wow how extremely beautiful finished it was and with all sorts of stuff that was included that I wasn’t expecting. Tony and his partners not only kept his word but, in my opinion, they exceeded it. They went beyond what we were hoping for as a finish product and the list is way too long to list out. I am very particular and very picky and have a good eye to notice even the little things and to my amaze and for the first time I have nothing to add or complain about even the little things are done. Now both myself and my client with our families are very much looking forward to our new home. I would be happy to go over this with you further if you are interested or just want to know more information and I also in courage to go and take a look for yourself. 

I want everyone to know that I am not doing this because I am getting something for it or to get something in return, I am doing this because these guys deserve it. I now will have a very happy client that we now have become friends which I am very certain I will receive many referrals in the near future because Tony made me look like a genius by delivering a high end product that is more than what they were expecting to receive. The townhouse site is called Enclave, 3075 160th Street Surrey excellent location surrounded by schools, shopping, golf, and recreation.

My wife and I are in love with our recent Woodhill home. We're both appreciative of Tony and the guys explaining the steps and informing us what to expect along the journey of our first build. Woodhill definitely created us a home that we can enjoy with our family and friends for years to come.
